The Project
Grandly Grimey is a body of work I started on with the goal of having my biggest solo exhibition to date (at the time) formed out of it. The show was a great success, packed with hundreds of people at the opening at Westbank Gallery, Notting Hill. Some images below, more info on the show see this page here.
The idea was to recontextualize classical ideas of power that were once portrayed through artistic movements such as Rococo into today’s urban counterculture.
