Hand Finished Print / Artwork
I digitally removed the painted background from the artwork and replaced it with a satisfying Grey fade. Fortunately the drawing was detailed enough to allow for the print to be scaled up up from the original size. Once printed I add the Pink drippy crown to each one by hand.

Back in 2014 I drew the original artwork of Jean Michel Basquiat in ballpoint pen with a painted background.
Stages of drawing creation
