“Middle Children of History”

The Latin inscription on the scroll: Historiae Medii Filii Sumus means: “We’re the middle children of history”. That is a line spoken by ‘Tyler Durden’ in the 1990s David Fincher film; Fight Club. The woman in the shades slowly smoking in the artwork is ‘Marla Singer’ (played by Helena Bonham Carter).
